It is the responsibility of the Area of Recruiting and Selection to satisfy the
hiring needs determined by the Operations Directorate, guaranteeing strict compliance
with the profile for aptitude and ability for the personnel who are hired.
The Area of Personnel is responsible for the correct administration and control of
documentation, registrations and modifications in accordance with the legal, administrative
and regulatory dispositions to which we are obligated, resolving the necessities of these
concepts that may present themselves.
Recruiting Policies
It is possible to use either internal or external means for
the diffusion, convocation and recruiting of aspirants and candidates for
employment, with Recruiting and Selection being responsible for the direction and
control of diffusion that is established for that end.
